His professional past includes teaching, coaching, youth work, counseling, admissions and development directing, administration and pastoral training at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis.

Tracy leads a wide range of activities and programs for teens (grades 7-12) offering fellowship, spiritual growth and guidance, and service with summer mission trips. She has been with our staff since 1996.

Todd leads in a variety of growing programs designed to meet the needs of children and their families, from infancy through elementary school. Todd trained for education ministry at Concordia University and served as Director of Christian Education (DCE) in St. Louis, MO and Edmond, OK.
