Liturgical Service

8:30 a.m. – Sundays

The 8:30 a.m. service in the main sanctuary is our most traditional worship at Immanuel.

Service format follows the liturgy from the Lutheran Service Book hymnal.

Holy Communion is celebrated weekly. (See our statement on Communion.)

Hymns, organ, choral music, soloists, hand bells, or other instruments can be part of the service.

Worshipers see the service format on screens, using Media Shout, or use the hymnal as needed.

A Children’s message is included.

Nursery available (0-24 months)

 

11:00 a.m. – Sundays

The 11:00 a.m. Chapel service maintains the Traditional Lutheran worship format but in a smaller setting, using Setting One from the Lutheran Service Book hymnal.

Piano, soloists, and at times hand bells enhance worship.

Worshipers follow the service using a worship folder and the hymnbook.
